SEWRPC Model Ordinances
The Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission publishes local planning guides, or updates of previously published guides. These include a Land Division Control Guide, an Official Mapping Guide, and a Rural Cluster Development Guide. Each guide contains a model ordinance accessed March 2004.

Wisconsin's Traditional Neighborhood Development Ordinances
