A block of rooms is reserved at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee under the name "State of Lake Michigan and Great Lakes Beach Conference". The conference rate is $99/night. However, a limited number of rooms are available for Wisconsin government employees on a first-come, first-served basis at the WI state rate of $80/night. To receive the WI state rate, you must provide a Wisconsin employee ID at check-in. All others, including non-Wisconsin government employees, will receive the conference rate of $99/night. To guarantee these rates, you must make your room reservation before September 21st . State rate rooms are expected to go quickly. It is recommended that you make your reservations as soon as possible.

Rooms are wi-fi ready for $9.95/day and free wireless internet is available throughout the lobby and main floor. The hotel business office is located on the first floor, near the front desk. Internet and printing services are available for $3.00 for the first ten minutes and $0.10 for each additional minute.

Ferries
Intermodal Station (train, bus and taxis)
- Amtrak offers 14 total departures between Chicago and Milwaukee daily. In addtion, connections to other cities can be made through Chicago. (http://www.amtrak.com)
- Milwaukee's downtown Amtrak station has undergone a $17 million transformation. The result is the Milwaukee Intermodal Station. A "transportation gateway" to the city, this new facility houses Amtrak's rail connection, the city's Greyhound Bus Service, Milwaukee County Transit (bus) and local taxi companies. Along with the construction of a new three-story, glass-enclosed "galleria", the interior of the remodeled facility features a new lobby area serving Amtrak and intercity bus customers. The Intermodal Station is only eight blocks from the hotel and taxis are readily available.
Parking
The Hyatt Regency Milwaukee offers valet parking for hotel guests at the rate of $23.00 per night, including in/out privileges. They use the public parking garage located next to the hotel. You can park your own vehicle for $20.00 per day, which also includes in/out privileges. This is the standard rate for all downtown parking garages. The parking garage is connected to the hotel and to the downtown shopping mall by a skywalk.
